Diamond Package: Entire School Year Support

This service provides ongoing support throughout the school year to help ensure your child’s IEP remains effective and responsive to their needs. It begins with a comprehensive review of your child’s IEP and FIE, including present levels of performance, goals, accommodations, and services, to understand how well the current plan is supporting their progress. Following the review, I provide a clear written summary outlining any areas of concern and practical recommendations. These may include adjustments to goals, supports, accommodations, or suggestions for additional services or evaluations as needed. Along with the written summary, you will have a 30-minute phone call (or in person meeting) to review the paperwork and answer any questions you have. In addition, I will attend up to 5 ARD meetings with you throughout the year to provide guidance, help you understand school data and recommendations, and support you in making informed decisions with confidence. I will consult with you 1 time per six weeks to review data. This consultation will be a 30-minute phone call (or in person meeting) to review the paperwork and answer any questions you have.

Gold Package: Entire School Year Support

These may include adjustments to goals, supports, accommodations, or suggestions for additional services or evaluations as needed. Along with the written summary, you will have a 30-minute phone call(or in person meeting) to review the paperwork and answer any questions you have. In addition, I will attend up to 3 ARD meetings with you throughout the year to provide guidance, help you understand school data and recommendations, and support you in making informed decisions with confidence. I will consult with you 1 time per nine weeks to review progress reports and data. This consultation will be a 30-minute phone call (or in person meeting) to review the paperwork and answer any questions you have.

Price $450 for (f you decide to add on the Gold Package this would go towards the fee.)

Silver Package: IEP/FIE Paperwork Review and Recommendations and ARD Meeting Attendance:

This service includes a comprehensive review of your child’s IEP and FIE to better understand their current needs, supports, and progress. I carefully examine present levels of performance, goals, accommodations, and services to determine how well the plan is working for your child. After reviewing the documentation, I will provide a clear written summary with any areas of concern and practical recommendations. These recommendations may include updates to goals, adjustments to supports or accommodations, and suggestions for additional services or evaluations if needed, all aimed at ensuring your child’s educational plan is appropriately supporting their growth and success. Along with the written summary, you will have a 30-minute phone call to review the paperwork and answer any questions you have. In addition, I will attend the ARD meeting with you to provide support and help you make informed decisions with confidence.

Price $250 (One-time fee unless you decide to add on the entire year support this would go towards the fee.)
